Assistant to the Management (m/f/d)
Reliable assistant for Management & CFO: organized, discreet, strong in communication, accounting and project support. Part‑time role, 20–25 hours weekly.
Your mission
To strengthen our management team and CFO, we are looking for a dedicated, reliable and professional Executive Assistant (m/f/d) on a part-time basis (20-25 hours per week) who will support our management with organisational talent, team spirit and a dose of superpowers.
You will also take on tasks in accounting and feel as confident in the Office 365 world as others do in their favourite superhero costume.
Your responsibilities
Supporting the management and CFO in day-to-day business – reliably, proactively and in a structured manner
Coordinating appointments, meetings and organisational processes
Acting as a communication interface between management, employees, customers and the Innovalift Group
Professionally preparing documents, presentations and decision-making bases
Carrying out preparatory accounting, document verification and supporting monthly and annual financial statements
Organising, prioritising and supporting central projects within the company
Responsibility for confidential documents and internal processes
Your superpowersOutstanding organisational skills and efficient working methods – even in dynamic situations
Strong communication skills, loyalty and discretion
Enjoy optimising processes and creating structures
Initiative, team orientation and the ability to take on responsibility
You are also confident in spoken and written English and German
Enthusiasm for technical industries or manufacturing companies is a plus
